To accomplish our mission, we begin by auditing our clients to understand how they currently work to determine where any inefficiencies may exist or where new opportunities to increase productivity are going untapped. This process may include shadowing, interviews, surveys, and other means. We then gather feature requests and goals (“requirements”) to better understand what they are looking for in the end product (“deliverables”). We then present our clients with a Business Requirements Document (BRD). If it is determined that we should proceed, we will either work with our own team or in conjunction with your own in-house development teams to bring about change.
